Carbon Structural Steel Plates

Carbon structural steel plate is a flat steel made mainly of carbon steel through rolling process, and is one of the most widely used metal materials in modern industrial and construction fields. Its main components are iron and carbon. By adjusting the carbon content (usually between 0.05% -0.25%) and adding small amounts of manganese, silicon, and other elements, good strength, hardness, and weldability can be obtained.

According to the processing method, it can be divided into two categories: hot rolling and cold rolling. The former has stable dimensions, good toughness, and is suitable for load-bearing structures; The latter has a smooth surface and high precision, and is often used in precision manufacturing.

Carbon structural steel plates have excellent mechanical properties, processability, and low cost, and are widely used in fields such as building steel structures, bridges, ships, pressure vessels, machinery manufacturing, and the automotive industry.
